MORE THAN 25 YEARS OF HISTORY
In April 1998 the HR Directors community convened the first people management conference based in Russia & CIS. This became a regular gathering of major chiefs of personnel and soon acquired the status as the meeting point for HR Directors from all Russia and former Soviet republics countries. Today, the participants of the first conference occupy top HR and Board member positions in large firms whilst they continue to share their experience at the HR Directors Summit.

Annually, around 400 top HR Executives choose the HR Directors Summit to discuss strategies, share experience and insights, find new business partners and meet HR colleagues from companies of various industries.
